Advisory Director
Rev. Prof. Lt Col. Setsoafia served as an Army Officer for 20 years before voluntarily resigning from the Ghana Armed Forces to engage in Pastoral works with the Assemblies of God, Ghana, where he currently serves as a Senior Ordained Minister at House of Integrity Assemblies of God. As an educator, he teaches at the Assemblies of God Theological Seminary, Saltpond and Global University Graduate School of Theology, Springfield, Missouri, USA as adjunct faculty. He holds a Doctor of Philosophy Degree (Ph.D) with a dissertation on 'A Theoretical Framework for an Integrated Competency-Based Theological Education' and currently serves as a Professor of Education. At Vinesthy Catering Institute, he serves as the Advisory Director, supporting the Proprietress/Principal in strategic planning, curriculum development and review, projects and organizational development to ensure the Institute meets required Competency-based Technical Vocational Education and Training (CB-TVET) and National Vocational Training Institute (NVTI) standards. His personal values include Integrity, passion for Excellence, and Relational Intelligence.

Mrs. Esther Akosua Setsoafia is the visionary founder of Vinesthy Catering Institute, established on November 14, 1992. What began with 3 students in a garage at Burma Villas has grown into a premier institution that has trained over 6000+ students in Basic Catering and Cake Decoration, plus 800+ students in Advanced Catering. Under her leadership, the institute achieved NVTI accreditation in 2000 and Ghana Education Service accreditation in 2003, and is currently fully accredited by the Commission for Technical and Vocational Education and Training (CTVET). Her commitment to excellence, discipline, and empowerment has made Vinesthy a beacon of quality training in the hospitality industry. The institute operates as a Christian school, instilling moral values and virtues while providing entrepreneurial skill training. Her graduates now excel in top hotels, run successful catering businesses, and contribute significantly to Ghana's vibrant culinary scene.
